Track My Order

Once your ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information! If your order shipped and you cannot locate this email in your inbox, please check your spam and/or use your order confirmation email to pull up your order summary/status page.

If you know your tracking number, you can track your order by entering your tracking number into the websites below:

• United States: USPS

• United Kingdom: Royal Mail

• Canada: Canada Post

**We ask to please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number/email for tracking details to update. You may not be able to track your item before then as it may not yet be in the mail carrier's computer system.

You should have received a shipping estimate at checkout when you selected your shipping method. Please keep in mind that these are estimates, your order may arrive a littler sooner or a few days later. Once your local mailing office receives and processes your packages, they will provide you with an expected delivery date.  For more information on order processing, shipping, & delivery times, please review our shipping policy.

If your package is coming from one of our overseas warehouses, a small gap in tracking history/location is expected and normal.* Your tracking history will continue to update as your packages move through the mail system. 

Sometimes when you look up a tracking number on a global tracking site (like 17track.net or parcelsapp.com), the correct carrier is not automatically detected by the tracking site. This can lead to the tracking code you're looking at not showing any updates. Most times, this issue can be resolved by manually selecting the correct carrier.
